Rental Rates

The Venue Marietta is the perfect gathering spot for groups up to 100. Weddings, business meetings, seated birthday/celebration dinners, showers, repast receptions…the possibilities are endless.

  • Monday-Friday (Days and M-Th nights)$600 for 4 hours
  • *Friday NIGHT$1,500 (6pm – 1am)
  • Saturday (HALF DAY)$1,500 (9am – 4pm or 6pm – 1am)
  • Saturday (FULL DAY)$2,000
  • Sunday (HALF DAY)$1,000 (9am – 4pm or 6pm – 1am)

*Outside alcohol and bartenders ARE NOT allowed. Please view our bar packages below if you would like to have alcohol at your event. You will need to purchase a bar package in order to have alcohol at the event. You MAY NOT bring your own alcohol.

*Outside caterers ARE allowed or you can provide your own food.

*Additional weekday hours are $100 per hour.

*Special rates available for non-profit and civic organizations.

*Set-up and break-down of your event must take place within your time block.

*50% deposit due to book; 50% remainder due 30 days before the event.

Facility Rental Includes

  • Use of the entire facility including the 2 Main Event Rooms, 2 Private Suites, Lounges, and Catering Prep Area
  • Your choice of 6-foot Rectangular Tables and/or 60-inch round tables with black tablecloths
  • Use of 8 highboy (cocktail) tables with black stretch tablecloths
  • Up to 100 Chairs (Wood cross-back chairs or White padded resin chairs)
  • Use of Two 75-inch TVs for slideshows, presentations, or movies
  • Free WiFi
  • Cleaning Included

Bar Special Services 

  • Champagne Toast $1.50 per person
  • Police Security $200 (required for Full Bar Events with 100+ participants)
  • Specialty/Signature Drinks available upon request
  • Cash bar $225 (includes bartender)
